1. Definitions
As used herein, the terms “Personal Data”, “Processing”, “Processor”, “Group of Companies”, “Subcontractor” have the definition given to these terms within Article 4 of the RGPD. More specifically:
“Data Controller“: means the simplified joint stock company Moulins Soufflet, whose registered office is located at 7 Quai de l’Apport Paris – 91100 CORBEIL ESSONNES, France, registered in the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number B 543 780 449.
2. Collection of Personal Data
The Data Controller only collects and processes Personal Data that is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
The collection of Personal Data as part of the use of our Website does not in any way condition the conclusion of any contract with Moulins Soufflet.
The Personal Data collected to enable access to and use of the Website are as follows:
- When you browse the Website, it records your connection data (cookies). It also identifies your location data if you have previously activated the location functions. Location data is not recorded or stored in the Data Controller’s information systems, and disappears as soon as you leave our website.
- When you wish to contact Moulins Soufflet, you must provide your name, your professional or personal e-mail and telephone number, your town, zip code and country, as well as the subject of your request via a drop-down list. You can also, optionally, specify your first name, your company and leave a message to specify your need by means of a contact form available on our Website.

3. Purposes of processing Personal Data collected
The Personal Data collected during your browsing on the Site is used to ensure the proper functioning of our Website, to facilitate your browsing on it and to provide you with relevant information when you revisit our Site.

The Google Analytics service and Microsoft Azure’s Application Insight enable us to count visits and identify how the website is consulted.
The data generated by these cookies concerns :
- Your use of our Site;
- Your IP address in order to determine the city of connection. This data is immediately anonymized after localization and is not communicated to Moulins Soufflet.

5.2. Cookie management.

To delete cookies already installed on your computer :

6. Retention of Collected Personal Data
In the case of persons wishing to fill in the contact form, their Personal Data will be kept on an active basis for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last activity of this person on the Website. At the end of this period, the data is deleted. It will therefore be up to the person concerned to fill in a new contact form in order to remain in contact with Moulins Soufflet.
However, audience measurement statistics and raw website traffic data are kept for no longer than thirteen (13) months.
However, at the end of these aforementioned periods, including where necessary after a Visitor’s request for deletion, his or her Personal Data may be subject to Intermediate Archiving in order to satisfy the Data Processor’s legal obligations and/or at the very least during the applicable limitation period (such as the common law limitation period of five (5) years enshrined in article 2224 of the French Civil Code).
In the event of legal proceedings, including those concerning only the Data Controller and/or Moulins Soufflet, for example with regard to the administration, the aforementioned Personal Data as well as any information, documents and papers containing Personal Data intended to establish the facts likely to be reproached or concerning the identification of respondents, victims, witnesses and court officers (name, surname, first names, telephone numbers, e-mail address) may be kept for the duration of the proceedings, including for a period longer than those indicated above.
7. Transfer of collected Personal Data
Personal Data may be shared with companies of the Soufflet Group to which Moulins Soufflet belongs.
The information collected, and in particular the Personal Data, may be communicated to third parties acting as subcontractors bound by a subcontracting agreement with the Data Controller in order to carry out, in particular, the services relating to the purposes of processing mentioned in point 3 “Purposes of processing the Personal Data collected”.
These subcontractors only act on the instructions of the Data Controller and have limited access to personal data, in the context of the performance of these services and have a contractual obligation to use them in accordance with the provisions of the Applicable Regulations. They are bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Data Controller.
- If required by law, the Data Controller may transmit data in response to claims made against the Website and to comply with administrative and judicial proceedings;
- If the Data Controller is involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or insolvency, it may be required to sell or share all or part of its assets, including the Personal Data collected through the Website. In the event that Personal Data is transferred outside Moulins Soufflet, Visitors will be informed before the Personal Data is transferred to a third party.
Finally, your Personal Data is collected, processed and hosted within the European Union and is not transferred outside the European Union. Should we transfer your personal data outside the European Union, we will inform you in advance. In this case, we will take the necessary steps to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your personal data, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
8. Implementation of Visitors’ rights
In accordance with the regulations applicable to Personal Data, you have the following rights:
- Right to information and access ;
- Right of rectification ;
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) and, more specifically, the right to send the Data Controller special instructions concerning the fate of Visitors’ Personal Data after their death;
- Right to limit processing ;
- Right to object ;
- Right to portability of Personal Data.
You can update or delete your Personal Data by sending a request to dpo@soufflet.com, stating your full name and address and enclosing a copy of both sides of your identity card.
The exercise of these rights does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such exercise.
