We are committed to selecting wheat varieties from the best terroirs in France, as close as possible to our mills. Moulins Soufflet favors the shortest supply circuits: 80% of our wheat comes from crops located less than 85km from our mills.

At each of our regional mills, our millers produce a wide range of quality flours to meet your needs (classic flour, traditional flour, technical flour, etc.).
